What we do
We provide support, representation, expert advice and assistance when employees or workers have been unable to secure a trade union. Our Well Trade Union Representative can accompany you to a critical meeting with your employer, i.e. disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing, consultation, capability review, redundancy, appeal and Investigation or Performance subject to the circumstances. Please note, this could involve a disingenuous gross misconduct allegation, or a disciplinary where you could be dismissed, etc.
Employees and workers have a statutory right to be accompanied under section 10 of the Employment Relations Act 1999.
Our staff are legally trained, Chartered HR professionals with vast experience in disciplinaries, grievances and whistleblowing, wrongdoing related matters. As well as trade union representation, we can help should you need any employment rights advice.
Should the matter go to Employment Tribunal (ET) we may use a Barrister subject to the complexity of your case. We can also assist with providing a Settlement Agreement, or COT3 with a Solicitor Adviser Certificate.
